Pano pumayat

Hi mommies. Since ive given birth 2mos ago ive lost 16 pounds na. I don’t eat carbs (rice, pasta etc) minsan lang ang bread or pansit. However, im stuck at my current weight and have not lost any weight since. Paano ba pumayat uli. I’m exclusively breastfeeding. Thank you in advance!

balance diet po ang kailangan lalo na kung breastfeeding po kayo basta more on water lang din po kayo.
