detailed organ scan @ 20 weeks

Hi mommies can share ur experience when u scan for ur babys organs to see if everything is ok? Im also curious about the gender! Haha but im SUPER paranoid and worried, what if organs smth wrong, defects etc. Still need to wait about 1 month for the scheduled scan. Are most of your scans ok...? What could cause baby organs to not grow normally..? ?

Mine is 12w5d, it took 30’ to scan baby organs, gender and all the details of the baby. It’s awesome !! We seen baby movement, rolling around, and hand gesture during ultrasound.
