detailed organ scan @ 20 weeks

Hi mommies can share ur experience when u scan for ur babys organs to see if everything is ok? Im also curious about the gender! Haha but im SUPER paranoid and worried, what if organs smth wrong, defects etc. Still need to wait about 1 month for the scheduled scan. Are most of your scans ok...? What could cause baby organs to not grow normally..? ?
