Safe essential oils

Hey there!!! I would definitely recommend this book. I found it in the library and it was a go to for my last pregnancy. They bother to go by the scientific name of the oil so you can’t go wrong. Also mama, do go for the higher grade ones…they’re a little pricier but the cheaper ones tend to be watered down or mixed and from what I read, some have the ability to bring on contractions so do proceed with caution.
