Yes sis. Pero wag palagi. Lalo sa milktea para iwas GDM. Or dapat less sugar siya. Ang hilig nun sa frutas kasi super init!

Yes :) basta in moderation. In my experience na inaraw araw ko milktea for a wk, ngka uti ako 😂 lesson learned.

Malamig na tubig pwede pero ung mga ganyan iwas or kunti lang if possible..
