Pregnancy test

Hi mommies out there🙋‍♀️ Tanong lang po too early to take pregnancy test ba kung 4 days delay palang? I have 2 different pt po ako para sure. Btw yung breast ko po is feeling ko lumaki sya then yung nipple ko po is sensitive then i have cramps rin po.
