menstrual cycle post delivery

Hi mommies out there. I'm a first time mom. Delivered my baby in April. I'm not breastfeeding. Just wondering when will my first menstruation after delivery resume?

It varies from woman to woman. If you are breastfeeding, you may ovulate as early as nine weeks or 10 weeks after giving birth. Your period would then start two weeks later, at 11 weeks or 12 weeks after giving birth. Or it may be over a year before you start ovulating again, and your periods return.

I delivered my baby in april too! My menses came in June but it lasted for more than 14days, it various on each person. So do monitor your cycle and diet

Mine usually start 7 month after my delivery and I had 2 boys
