White Flower And Salonpas For Headache

Hi mommies! Is it okay that I use white flower and salonpas for my almost everyday migraine/headache? I thought it was better than taking paracetamol. Been dealing with migraine and I'm on my 16th week. Just a bit worried that it might affect my baby. TIA mommies!
