Ok lang naman pero in moderation kais masyado maalat yun and hangga't maaari bawas muna tayo sa mga ganyan, more on fresh meat and seafoods nalang para healthy.

Wag lang po always . Ako iniiwasan ko talaga mga canned goods na ganyan , except sa sardinas pati hotdog di nako kumain mula nung buntis nako

i don't see any problem po. basta wag masyado marami kasi oily lalo na kung fried.
