It's called Braxton Hicks and is perfectly normal. That's how your cervix is preparing for labour. Started from 2nd tri - 3rd tri. Normally comes and goes for just a few secs and also will normally go away when you change your position.

But i feel that bb is still up there in transverse position

That perhaps is Braxton Hicks. Yes it's normal if u're in ur 2nd or 3rd trimester. Can get uncomfortable but it comes and goes at irregular times. I'm getting more of it in my 3rd trimester.
