Baby can not sleep well after mahulog ang pusod

Hi mommies, is it normal na parang iritable si baby after malaglag ng pusod nya? Medjo fresh pa kasi pinanggalingan ng umbilical cord nya after mahulog. Di sya gano maka sleep ng tuloy tuloy. Is it the reason? Tia
