Hi mommies! Ngayon quarantine, naging mas healthy eater ba kayo or hindi? I learned from the Sanofi Live that it is now more than ever na dapat mas maging healthy eaters tayo para maging mas malakas. Where do you buy veggies and fruits? How do you ensure na healthy ang hinahain ninyo mommies?

Naging healthy eater kami dto sa bahay π nag shashake ako ng carrot, papaya, mango, banana, watermelon, etc. Para saming lahat specially sa father ko kasi nastroke sya before. Hinuhugasan ko ng water na may salt yung mga fruits and veggies bago ko i-shake π so far so good naman. Mas lalo kaming nakakakain ngayon ng rootcrops like kamote and patatas pang substitute sa rice π
