Once a day lang dapat ang pagkakape. Mag milo ka na lang mommy makakadagdag pa sa milk mo since breastfeed ka. 😁

    yes im consuming once a day lang..im worried sa too much sugar on milo..but no choice..will drink milo from now..thank you mommy😘

    try decaf or yung coffee flavored lactation drinks
