Breasts
Hi mommies. I’m a first time mom and I’ve been breastfeeding my lo for 10 mos. And now my breasts feels so light and super saggy. Does that mean im almost out of milk? And will my breasts shrink back to its normal size?
sa light and saggy, it wont mean wala ka ng milk..meaning lang nag normalize na ang production mo ng milk..di tulad nung sa simula na super2 ang dami kaya naninigas at sumisirit pa minsan sahil over production yun..now that your body and mind knows how much your baby needs, yun na lang din yung pinoproduce nya..kasi breastmilk is supply and demand..kung ano lang yung demand, yun lang yung gagawing supply.. so better to always latch si baby para tuloy2 ang supply. sa 2nd question, may iba na bumabalik pa pero mostly di na..hehe..😅
