hi mommies. im on my 36th week of pregnancy now and I'm starting to prepare things to bring on hospital for my delivery. what documents should I bring for the hospital requirements? thank you

I brought all my prenatal tests, lab results and paperwork from my ob-gyn. If I remember correctly, I needed to bring a document from my ob to go to the pre-labor room of the medical city. I was CS so I had a scheduled delivery.
