Baby eating

Hi Mommies, i have an issue and hope you can guide me through this. My little one is 1 year old and he refuses to chew food he would only chew tiny puffs but other food he refuses to touch or chew on he will jus throw everything down.. he use to love eating bread and chew on it but now refuses. How do start making him self feed ? Touch fruits and eat by himself.
