After care after giving birth

Hello mommies, I don’t have someone na mother figure or grandma to help me, what should I do po ba or tips after giving birth? Ang dami ko po nababasa hindi ko po alam ano dun. Altho wait ko din sasabihin ng ob ko. Thank you

be sure andyan po husband to help you. mafigure out nyo din yan mi wag masyado pastress. pero nothing wrong if you need to ask help sa kamaganak lalo na if need mo matulog at kumain ng maayos din
