Which will you prefer - work related

Hello mommies! I am currently employed in a fintech company. The pay is good as well as the benefits. The only things that stresses me out is yung workmates and boss ko. I've been working since 2017 and this is my first time to encouter such people na malakas mangpower trip at mag call out in front of everyone. Whether work related or not ikaw at ikaw ang tampulan nila. Kakagaling ko lang from pregnancy loss and I would like to have a fresh start with healthy working environment na sana. If you were in my position. Would you rather have low-mid pay pero healthy environment and professional people ksama. Or rather stay in this kind of set up na araw araw nalang may masasabi at masasabi sayo. Ps. In order to get along with them dapat gayahin mo sila at ugali nila. Which is not align with my values as they don't practice politeness and respect even outside. Thank you

Para sakin, if you have that luxury to choose a lower paying job that can give you a peace of mind, then go ahead. A happy, healthy, non-toxic working environment exist and they are not that rare. Marami na akong napasukang company, and it's for my own personal reasons bakit ako nagreresign. I'm so blessed na once lang ako nagresign dahil sa toxic workmate (my manager). 7 out of 8 companies na napasukan ko, hindi toxic ang mga tao. And in that one company with the toxic manager, sobrang hindi worth sacrificing my mental health, kahit na it's my dream job that I'm most passionate about. No workplace is perfect, tama, and you need to adjust and adopt kahit saang company. But just as in a relationship, ibang usapan na if you're with a toxic person. Same with work, hindi dapat magstay kapag alam mong toxic na talaga. So if you can afford the pay cut, I highly recommend that you go. 🤗

We can't really be sure which decision will have the better outcome but as long as you made the decision believing it was for the best for you at the moment, then you'll have zero to little regrets whatever happens ☺️ Good luck, mommy! 🤗
