Relatives who smoke

Hi mommies, how do you tell relatives who smoke not to carry or touch your newborn? That includes my FIL, BILs and SIL. I don't think just washing their hands help, there will be nicotine/smoke residue on their clothes which may pass to baby if they carry the baby. Family peace vs baby health
