Tummy time

Hi Mommies, How much do you give your lo each tummy time? And how many times in 1 day? My lo currently 5mo 7days, but still can’t really sits up against the back of the chair and sometimes can’t hold her head up with some support too. When tummy time also not really can hold her head up. Should I worry? The doc said she need more tummy time, and she still not ready yet for solid. My lo had seizures history.

It's really normal to not be able to sit at this age, most babies are not ready for solid until 6 months. Plus each child has their own pace. I just gave tummy time any time I can remember to do it, it doesn't hurt to do it as often as you can. As long as your baby doesn't cry or get fussy you can do it for as long as 10, 15 minutes. Don't worry it will come eventually :)
