Baby don’t want to roll over.

My little girl is over 3 months now. During tummy time she can hold up her head the whole time. She can turn head side to side and stay balanced for longer. If her hand is stuck under her she will raise her shoulder and release her hand to support herself. During tummy time she can turn back to her back as well without much issue. The issue is that she’s not at all trying to turn by herself. She don’t even want to turn to her side. When we turn her to side she turn back, sometimes she even apply force if we try to hold her in that position. She stays on her back so long that in the end she starts crying because her back is hot. Is it normal that kids don’t want to turn over?

It’s normal! My baby boy does not want to roll over or do tummy time, but eventually still managed to do it when he is slightly older! Don’t worry! Different babies different pace. Give some time to your baby. She will roll over when she is ready. You can flag out to your PD if your baby still did not roll over when she is 5-6 months old.
