Pregnancy Anxiety

Hi mommies, how do you deal with pregnancy anxieties? 1st time mum, I’m currently entering 12 weeks. Feeling ko lang palagi may mangyayari masama sa baby ko. Napalibutan kasi ako ng friends and family who have had miscarriages, I can’t help but feel like something will happen to me too. Huling check up ko at 9 weeks sabi naman ng doctor ok si baby based sa doppler maganda heartbeat niya. Next check up ko pa is March 27. Lagi lang ako anxious parang gusto ko lagi weekly magpatingin just to ease my anxieties. 😞

Ganyan din po ako nun. Worried ako lagi. Gusto ko pacheck-up lagi. Tapos bumili pa ko ng doppler. Ngayon nasa 26 weeks na po ako. Pero every check-up okay naman. Ginawa ko, shinare ko sa friends ko na ganito, ganyan nararamdaman ko. Dinivert ko attention ko, like watching some series, movies, drama. Hanap po ng mapagkakaabalahan na hindi kayo mapapagod or masstress. Kain po ng healthy, wag masyado magisip isip para less stress. Have enough sleep. Naisip ko nalang at advise din ng friends ko and husband na wag mastress. Lalong nakakasama yun kay baby. Mas nakakasama yung pagiisip ko. Trust the process and pray po mommy.
