It takes lots of patience, time and effort and lots of trial and error. I was struggling with supply too, got postnatal blues cz of it but increasing pumping frequency helps. Try pumping after each breastfeed to fully empty ur breasts. It will signal ur brain to keep replenishing. I also ate all kinds of galactagogues. It took me close to a month to find sth tt works for me which is moringa leaves. Also taking Legendairy supplements, personally Cashcow worked for me. Perhaps cz it also contains moringa. The first month postpartum I cld only produce abt 2 oz when power pumping. Aft a wk of taking Cashcow, I got 3-4oz and steadily increasing to 5-6oz now at 2 months. Of course, keep drinking water as it also helps to increase supply.
