Hi mommies! FTM here. I just wanna ask if okay na uminom ng Anmum during the first trimester w/out consulting ob pa or should i speak with my ob muna?

okay naman po lasa ng anmum, ftm din po ako and nagustuhan ko yung chocolate flavor ng anmum. 9weeks here.
