I think is normal my 26months old boy start doing that last month he can count 1 2 3 up to 10 but recently he will say 1 2 8 9 10, his Thank You very much become thank you much dunno where he learn all these from we will keep reminding him and emphasis the correct word/sentence after him
Need not worry much mummy as still lots more for baby to learn jst pounce word right when baby says it wrongly
