Constipation and buasir

Hi mommies, is it common to have constipation and buasir in 35 weeks of pregnancy? Kena makan apa to avoid all this? Any ideas? Please share!

Coffee works for me sis. time tkleh berak i minum coffee satu cawan kecik. Or even latte or any drinks coffee based dkt cafe

saya pun kena buasir juga ,doctor bg cream sapu.. dan banyakkan makan dragon fruit.. lancar membuang..

u hve to drink lots of water. try to eat papaya.

Already taking up 2-3L of water a day but it really doesn’t help. Need to try papaya next. Having prunes and avocados for time being. Let’s see which one works.
