Pipi baby merah2

Hi all mommies! My baby 7months skrg ni, mengalami pipi merah2. I tidak pasti lah itu ruam susu but my baby tidak breastfeed or ruam sebab panas or jangkitan fungus or eczema, I think so bgtu lah. Sudah try macam2 tp makin teruk pula. For now masih focus letak sapu sikit virgin coconut oil. Tapi I tengok macam makin merah and makin besar. Any recommend apa2 product yang suitable for baby to use. I still nak try and error guna apa2 product. Will refer to doctor soon but I still nak try and error lah guna products.
