Hi mommies, ask ko lang po kung may idea kayo kung kailangan pa iupdate na from normal to cs ung naka declare nung nag notify kayo for maternity benefit? Thank you.

yes kasi may additional document na hinahanap hinahanap pag cs ka . yung OR record mo or mrdical abstract ns nakaindicate na CS ka.
