Pain in the left side of my butt cheek

Hello mommies, anyone here na same ng situation ko? They said turn to your left side when you're sleeping so I try my best na lagi sa left side. Now I'm feeling this pain sa left side of my butt cheek. Nahihirapan ako gumalaw like walk, bumaba ng hagdan and do other stuff coz of the pain. Nag lagay na ako ng omega and efficascent oil, wala pa dn effect :( .
