Ok po ang squats. Ginawa ko po yung pagupo nang nakacross pero nakalapat yung both legs sa floor. (Parang pagupo habang nagyoyoga) i also streched my legs,extending it using our sofa.:-)
Ohhh. Thanks sis. Will try those. Gusto ko sana yung active exercise para di ako mabore. 😽
