Drink more water and kain ka po ng fruits na rich in vitamin C. Calamansi juice po malimit na iniinom ko pag may sipon. Nagtitimpla po ako sa warm water tapos lalagyan ng honey. Kung walang honey, less lang ang sugar kung hindi kaya ng purong calamansi. Be mindful din po lalo na kung acidic ka. 😊
