mommies, almost 1 week na kong tumigil pag inom ng vitamins..wala kasing mabilihan nung gamot sa kht anong drug store.. then ung.pampakapit.. 30capsules lng nasa.reseta kaya hnd n ko ulit bumili.. makaka apekto po ba sa baby un.. 12 weeks preggy here..

Yes, your vitamins helps in your babys brain development etc. When ur taking pampakapit meaning there is a possible risk that ur babys grip may not be too strong, so by taking it not only are you helpng ur baby, u are also helping yourself.
