Head Tilts

Hi Mommies. My 7 m/o baby keeps on tilting his head to the right, and sometimes downward front while looking mad. I'm worried that he might be having some sort of eye or neck condition. Or is he just exploring and being playful. Is this normal? #headtilt #baby #playful
