Pimple Like Rashes

Hi Mommies! My 3 week old baby has pimple like rashes sa cheeks and forehead niya. Any advice for remedies? Thank you!

Try niyo po, Breastmilk using cotton ball imoistirize niyo po every morning before and after maligo ni baby..
