Living healthy lifestyle sis. Do exercise. Cari workout routine yang focus on belly. But exercise only do 20% of it. The 80% comes from pemakanan. Kurangkan junk food, processed food, cut sugar intake, eat more real food. Rehat kena cukup, kurangkan stress, makan on time, jangan skip makan, buat diet suku suku separuh. Diet ni boleh Google 'Pinggan Sihat Malaysia'. Ada info.
