Hi all, mind to share what type of exercises are you currently doing and how many weeks are you?

Hi I’m week 25 tomorrow, I still go to my BFT sessions but modify as and when necessary. Mostly modifying for cardio sessions, but still able to do most strength class movements. I have also been to 2 prenatal yoga classes and enjoying it so far.
I’m 24 weeks and I never purposely do any exercise. Just live as per normal. My gynae also say is fine.
