Baby Milk Bottle Steriliser vs Steamer

My MIL passed down to me baby milk bottle that she kept for 4 years (I supposed it's 4 years as my husband's nephew is presently 4yo). She said can just replace the teats. 1. Isit advisable that I buy brand new bottle and not just replace teats? 2. FTM here. Is the attached picture - a milk bottle steriliser or steamer? 3. Which one is better - milk bottle steriliser or steamer. Why? TIA.

1. get new bottles please! 2. picture looks like a steam steriliser 3. steriliser can be steam vs UV. steam steriliser cheaper but difficult to dry (bottles and other baby/pump accessories super hot when finished the steaming, need to transfer to drying rack, limited items to sterilise at 1 session. can be cumbersome and time consuming. UV more expensive but got a fan that can dry at same time saves alot of time but may cause discolouration to your items. can sterilise other stuff like soft toy. I'm using steam steriliser avent 2 in 1.
