Introducing solid foods

Mii, ftm here. Tips naman po kung anong mga dapat at hndi dapat gawin pag papakainin na si baby. Kung ilang beses po ba dapat pakainin, gano karami at kung ano pa pong mapapayo niyo. I would appreciate all your tips po 🙂

3x a day, breakfast, lunch and dinner. pwedeng 2x muna. soft/mashed/pureed fruits/veggies. cereal lugaw made of rice. i use blender after cooking para maging pino. give interval between milk and solid food dahil mabubusog na sila. i give 2-3 heaped tablespoons. you can give water to sip. you can use breastmilk or formula milk to prepare the food.

Magbasa pa
