Eat healthy foods po, lessen the sugar intake, and exercise. Try to loss weight and add these vitamins po iniinum nyo: Glutathione (took this for 2yrs before I got pregnant) Omega 3 Fish oil (I finished a bottle of 100caps before I got pregnant) COQ10 (I think I only took 30caps of these) Folic Acid 800mcg (took this for a year before I got pregnant) Yan po mga ininum ko before ako nabuntis.. We kept trying for 2yrs after my miscarriage. I’m 33 weeks pregnant now. (And also pinainum ko din po ang hubby ko nang Omega 3 fish oil 2x a day. Monitor nyo rin po health nya and work out kayo both, malaki kasi din ang factor nang lalaki for a healthy pregnancy)
