Mga pdeng tigilan na habits like pag iinom ?

Recently got pregnant after being diagnosed as PCOS, walang regla for 4 years and almost needed raspa due to walang mens ng ilang taon. Ang pinakanakatulong sakin is healthy lifestyle. Nagjojog ako thrice or twice a week lang, kahit 1 hour lang. Nag rarice lang ako every lunch, minsan sa dinner pero bihira lang talaga. Minsan na lang din ako kumakain ng fastfood, junkfood and pati rice ko is yung mais na. Aside from that, nagtatake ako ng meds ko sa sugar kasi I was also diagnosed as DM type 2. Yung goal ko lang was to manage my sugar and be healthy. Never ko inexpect magiging normal yung period ko tas sumabay pa na naging pregnant ako. I am now at 7 wks and I am still continuing to manage my sugar and be healthy para samin ni baby. Hindi sya madali, at hindi rin santong paspasan yung results. Pero i tried my best lang to be consistent and enjoyed the days nung nagpapahealthy ako. Tas with prayer syempre. I wish you good luck sa journey mo mi! Kaya yan!
