Me. CS po ako at sobrang laki ng nagain sakin. Almost 30 kilos pero dahil sa side effects po ng mga iniinom kong gamot. I'm currently taking anti depressant pills, mood stabilizer and anti psychotic pills for my major depressive disorder and manic depressive disorder and lahat sila side effects nila ay weight gain. Sa case ko po kasi I'd rather be overweight than to lose my sanity over depression. We are beautiful naman kahit ano ang size natin lalo na sa mata ng babies natin pero if losing weight makes you more confident, then go for it. 😊 Gusto ko rin mag lose ng weight honestly, gusto ko bumalik sa pre pregnancy figure ko kaso di pa kaya. Hehe.
