Mag folic acid po kayo good for baby yon to avoid defects po and development po ng brain. 2nd is calcium which is good for bones ni baby at bones nyo din po. Yung iba optional lang naman like vit c na makakahelp sainyo para hindi kayo magkasakit na pwedeng madamay si baby but most of all eat healthy foods which is fruits and vegetables. And drink lots of water for good blood circulation
