Actually healthy yung pagiyak kasi nakalabawas siya ng stress. Mas unhealthy kasi yung iipunin mo lang lahat sa loob tapos ang bigat bigat sa feeling - yan yung nagcacause ng more stress. Once na maiyak mo na lahat you'll feel better afterwards. Basta stay hydrated para di mamaga yung eyes mo ng bongga.
