Depende if exclusive breastfeeding ka since day 1 may tendency na umabot hanggang taon ang hndi ka dadatnan...isang form kase ng contraception ang breastfeeding pero may kailangan masunod. Kailangan exclusive breastfeeding ka lang day and night, no vitamins si baby at hndi pa nag solids...pag isa jan hndi nasunod hndi na sya mag wowork as contraceptive...you need na mag pills or whatever you want na contraceptive even withdrawal hndi sya safe
