Hypothyroidism

Hello mga momshies, ask lng kung cno dito merong hypothyroidism or may ka kilala? Any idea po about hypothyroidism? Like diet, do's and don'ts po? Thank you. ?

Hypothyroidism is an underactive thyroid gland. Hypothyroidism means that the thyroid gland can't make enough thyroid hormone to keep the body running normally. People are hypothyroid if they have too little thyroid hormone in the blood.

Hi po! I would like to ask po kamusta po kayo & yun baby nyo po?.. I also have hypothyroidism. Naka monitor pa din po ako since nagbabago bago minsan nasa normal range minsan wala po.
