Hi mga momshies ask ko lng po sana kung bawal ba sa buntis ang pag ire habang nagpopoops? Im 16weeks pregnant now and nahirapan ksi ako magpoops then after napansin ko my konting blood na lumabas skn at may blood clot na konti dn na lumabas.. Pls answer po. Ksi nagwoworry ako.Many thanks

I asked my OB po about this when I was pregnant. She told me that while straining isn't the best, it can happen to anyone. The key is to manage constipation with your diet. I found that increasing my fiber intake and drinking lots of water really helped me.
