SSS MATERNITY BENEFITS QUALIFIED BA AKO?
Hello mga momshies! Ask ko lang po if qualified ba ako sa SSS Maternity Benefits? Ang EDD ko po ay January 3, 2023. May mga months po ako na di na nabayaran nung nag resign na po ako sa work. After nun nag self employed po ako.. Bayad na rin po ako Ng October at November 2022. Thanks in advance po!
Date ng Actual Birth: January 2023 Sem of Contigency: Oct 2022 to March 2023 Qualified Months is 12 months backwards ng sem of contingency which is October 2021 to Sept 2022. Yan ang qualified sayo, dapat may at least 3-6 na hulog ka. Aug 2021 - P3,185 April to Aug 2022 - P390 Base sa picture, may 6 na hulog ka. May makukuha ka assuming na wala ka pong late sa paghuhulog... pero since minimum lang po yung hulog nyo, minimum lang din po makukuha. ***************************** Pero kung manganak ka ng December, magiiba ang semester of contingency mo. Date of Actual Birth: December 2022 Sem of Contingency: July to December 2022 Qualified Months is 12 months backwards ng sem of contingency which is July 2021 to June 2022. Dapat may at least 3 - 6 na hulog ka sa mga buwan na yan. Kung bibilangin, 4 lang ang hulog mo sa qualified months mo. May makukuha pa din pero mas maliit compared kung naka 6 na hulog ka.
