Started taking these meds on September 2019 - metformin 2x a day. - fern D (60caps) then myra E ultimate until I got pregnant. - Glutathione (not everyday) - Folic acid Got married on December 2019 Got pregnant on January 2020 And I'm 35 years old. Also they say that have sex on wee hours in the morning because the woman is not stressed and the man has high testosterone levels during that time. Oh.
