Hi. May PCOS po ako. pero ngayon buntis ako.. dahil cguro sa quarantine, hndi ako stress, ung mga food na kinakaen ko laging lutong bahay.. healthy living in the past months. tas hndi puyat..last 2yrs ko pa tintry mbuntis..ngayon sa wakas nangyare na.. wag paka stress at iwas sa mga unhealthy food.
