Mga momshie. Pwede ba yung ganto pang store ng breastmilk? Gusto ko kasing magpa breastfeed. Nakabili na ko ng yoboo na electric pump kaso wala kaming ref.

pwede naman basta ma-ensure na tama ang temperature. dahil mag-aadjust ka sa storage guidelines kung hindi ma-meet ang desired temperature. iniiwasan natin na masira ang breastmilk. bumili ka na rin ng thermometer. kahit sa ref namin, naglalagay ako ng thermometer para sure. 4C ay until 4 days ang storage. 5C to 25C ay up to 4hrs. 0C below up to 6months.
